Thuế môn bài chuyển thành lệ phí, thu ngân sách tăng gần 1000 tỷ đồng

Dự kiến từ 1/7/2017, lệ phí môn bài sẽ thay cho thuế môn bài trước đây và dự kiến sẽ tăng thu cho ngân sách nhà nước gần 1000 tỷ đồng/năm.
